Lord may Your word dwell,
deep within my heart
so I can fight off . . .
satan’s fiery darts.
May the shield of my faith,
give me full protection
so along with my trust in You
they can’t make a connection.
Lord, may Your wisdom,
teach me how to act
whenever I begin to feel
satan’s fiery attack.
May the shield of my faith,
give me the confidence
so he may know in my life
he has no dominance.
Lord, may Your word I use,
when fiery darts I see . .
by taking my shield of faith
so to make satan flee!
