Dear Christian Grandfather Magazine Community,
We are reaching out today to ask for your urgent prayers for our founder and co-creator, Andy Oldham.
Earlier today, Andy suffered a massive heart attack and was rushed to the hospital. While this news is incredibly jarring, we are praising God for His swift provision: medical professionals were able to intervene just in time to address a major blocked artery.
Andy is currently hospitalized, resting, and under excellent medical supervision. We are profoundly grateful to the first responders and the hospital staff for their rapid care.
As a community that values the lasting power of faith, prayer, and family leadership, we know where our ultimate strength comes from. We kindly ask that you join us in lifting Andy up to the Lord.
Andy has dedicated so much of his life to encouraging grandfathers to lead their families with spiritual intentionality. Now, let us stand in the gap for him and his family.

Good morning, Brian. I am back online today. Praise God! It has been quite week! The Lord is so good! Thank you for praying for me during my heart attack. Your prayers meant more than you know. I truly believe God used them to give me strength, peace, and healing when I needed it most.

Hey Kevin! Thanks so much for your prayers. I am doing pretty good today. It happened last Sunday. I am home now and feel extremely weak and have trouble with my breathing. I thank God that He has granted me more time on this earth. I have learned the importance of the family of God. It is amazing how many people have prayed for me and I am happy to say, their prayers have been answered. PTL!
