Memorial Day Freedom’s Price

I do not live in a world dominated by Nazism, Communism or Radical Jihadism because of the service of those in the military. On this Memorial Day I can not take my freedom for granted. Freedom is not free. I am thankful for the 1.3 million soldiers who have died in service, 2.5 million serving in the armed forces and their families and all those who have served over the years including my dad, father in law and brother in law Steve Williams.

Praying for the 540,000 Vets diagnosed with PTSD and the 50,000 homeless and those who wrestle with suicidal thoughts. I am grateful for organizations like Officer’s Christian Fellowship that make a huge difference. Thank you again to all who have lost a loved one! God bless you all.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. (John 15:13)
