What Influence Do You Have On Your Children?

Parents, not the kids—and not even the peer groups—are ultimately to blame for the parents’ diminishing influence in our culture. Whenever outside influences shape a child’s character more than the parents, the parents have failed in their duties. It is as simple as that.

HOW TO FOOL YOURSELF

The Lord warns of a very serious way we can fool ourselves spiritually “If we say we have no sin, we deceive (fool) ourselves…” Many, today, believe their sin is not sin. Have they become lax in their attitude toward sin? Have you?

How do you raise Christian?

The spiritual outcome of your child, taken by itself, is no reliable gauge of your success as a parent. Nor is it an accurate measure of your faith—salvation is non-transferable, regardless of the depth and breadth of your love for the Lord.
