Evil Men and Impostors Will Grow Worse and Worse

As deception increases, remain grounded in Scripture and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.

“But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.”

II Timothy 3:13

There is no way around this. The Lord told us it would happen, it must happen, it is happening. It seems the departed have some of the biggest voices. They seek to entertain you. They lead mankind captive. Have you noticed how the TV is the center of most living or family rooms? How there is a radio in every car, a cell phone even in the hands of children. They are put there to distract you. Yes they can be used for good also, but is that what you are paying attention to?

What can we do?

“that you also aspire to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you,”
I Thessalonians 4:11

“But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.”
II Timothy 3:14-15

The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron.

1 Timothy 4:1-2
